Birth Place of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) – The Library She’eb Banu Hashim
The Prophet of Allah Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who is our last Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) got the birth on 12th Rabi ul Awwal and few says it was 17th Rabi ul Awal. The library in She’eb Banu Hashim in Makkah which located in Saudi Arabia was the place where our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) born on Monday 12th Rabi ul Awwal (April 22 CE, 571 CE). His ancestry can be verified back to the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) (upon him be peace).
The Prophet’s (peace and blessing of Allah be on him) father Abdullah died about six month before the birth of his son (Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). That’s why, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) born orphan. The mother of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) “Aminah” watched a dream during her pregnancy that a light emitted from her lower body that glittered (illuminated) the places of Syria.
When Abdul Mutlib the grandfather of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) got the news of his grand son’s birth with joy. Abdul Mutlib took his grandson (Prophet Muhammmad Peace be upon him) to the Kaaba cited Allah Almighty’s blessing and thanks. Abdul Mutlib name his grandson as “Muhammad”. Which means “he who is praised”. By following the Arab tradition he then shaved the head of a baby (Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him) and after that he invited Makkans on feast.
The library become holy place after the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). From hundred years this has been the place which is one of the Ziyarah during the time of Hajj 2016 London Service not only the time of Hajj but it is also in the time Umrah 2016. This library is the place which was the property of Banu Hasham and now it is a library.
